Furnaces/ Heat treatment

30 yrs of maintenance and continuous engineering improvements of furnaces.  Beginning at NZ Fiberglass Ltd, Penrose, with an upgrade to the control systems of their Keith continuous glass melt furnace. At the same time Michael was a service agent for Inductotherm induction furnaces, working throughout New Zealand.

At Fisher & Paykel Ltd, (Haier), we assisted in the commissioning and ongoing engineering improvements of the Ronelco enameling furnace used for the throughput of the high tolerance heater plates. We were also involved with upgrading of other, in house, enameling furnaces and their Linberg annealing furnace.
