Innovative Control Systems Ltd was established 2009, by Michael Archer. He has been working as an industrial maintenance electrician for over 30 years. Michael trained in Auckland as an Electrician, then continued studies to attain Advanced Trade Certificates & NZCE (Electrical) . He is a Registered Electrical Inspector. He worked for Andrew & Andrew Electrical Ltd (Auck), servicing induction furnaces throughout NZ and working at the Oil Terminal at Wiri. Michael was the Maintenance Technician at the Fisher & Paykel Ltd (Haier) manufacturing plant in Mosgiel, prior to the plants relocation. He had been there more than ten years. In this role he wrote most of the PLC software and provided the electronic control and servicing support.
